The 080 Barcelona Fashion Week
The 080 Barcelona Fashion Week was held from June 25 to 29, 2018 at the glorious Hospital de San Pau. I would like to point out that it is a modernist complex of the architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner built between 1902-1930, now declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Some of the invited designers were XEVI FERNÁNDEZ, AMT, ESTER FERRANDO KNITWEAR, ANTONIO MIRO, CUSTO BARCELONA (FW 18-19), KRIZIA ROBUSTELLA, LEBOR GABALA, MIQUEL SUAY, among others. All of them presented interesting designs that fit very well with a catwalk style. One of my favorite shows was the one from IED Barcelona, School of Design. As expected of students, a lot of fantasy, innovation, and risks.

The Fashion Week also left three winners and they are the following: MANS CONCEPT & MENSWEAR, ANTONIO MIRO, and RED POINT.
Additionally, in this post, I would like to show you the ambiance of the 080 Fashion Week and how nice it was. During these days, collateral events are always included in the surroundings of the fashion shows, one of them was the Fashion Market. Unique items could be found there. On this occasion, I found some fantastic happy shoes of an Argentine brand: “Té Para tres”. They offer urban, comfortable, lightweight, durable and made of no animal components quality material shoes. As you can see in the pictures below, art is an important part of the final results.
Finally, I leave you with some photos of the last day of the 080 Fashion Week and the ambiance of the moment. It was a very hot that day!
La 080 Barcelona Fashion Week fue celebrada del 25 al 29 de junio de 2018 en el glorioso Hospital de San Pau. Me gustaría resaltar que es un conjunto modernista del arquitecto Lluís Domènech i Montaner construido entre 1902-1930, actualmente declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco. En esta edición participaron diseñadores como XEVI FERNANDEZ, AMT, ESTER FERRANDO KNITWEAR, ANTONIO MIRO, CUSTO BARCELONA (FW 18-19), KRIZIA ROBUSTELLA, LEBOR GABALA, MIQUEL SUAY, entre otros con propuestas sugerentes y en su mayoría muy de pasarela. Uno de mis desfiles favoritos fue el de IED Barcelona, Escuela Superior de Diseño. Como era de esperar de los estudiantes de diseño, mucha fantasia, innovación y riesgos.

La Fashion Week también dejó tres ganadores y son los siguientes: MANS CONCEPT & MENSWEAR, ANTONIO MIRO y RED POINT.
En este post les quería mostrar el ambientillo de la 080 Fashion Week y lo wapa que quedó la puesta en escena. Durante estos días siempre se incluye eventos colaterales en los alrededores de los desfiles de moda, uno de lo más interesantes es el Fashion Market, donde siempre se ofrecen cosillas muy muy interesantes y de fácil acceso. En esta ocasión me encontré con unos fantásticos zapatos felices de producción argentina. La marca: “Té Para Todos”ofrece zapatos urbanos, cómodos, livianos, duraderos y confeccionados con materiales de primera calidad sin componente animal. Como podrán ver en las fotos más abajo, el arte es parte importante del resultado final.
Finalmente, les dejo con algunas fotos del último día de la Fashion Week y del ambientillo del momento. !Mucho calor ese día!
